Introduction

AME Fixed wing with Turbine (B1.1), Fixed wing with Piston Engine (B1.2), Fixed Wing with Turbine and Piston Engine (B1) & Avionic (B2):

The B1.1, B1.2, B1, and Avionic programs (B2) are designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to obtain UAE General Civil Aviation certification. The programs are divided into the broad areas: General Topics, B1.1, B1.2, and B2 General Subjects studies include (but are not limited to) Basic Electricity and Electronics, Ground Operation and Servicing, and Maintenance Forms and Records. B1.1& B1.2 subjects include (but are not limited to) types of airframe, assembly and rigging, and airframe inspection. Lubrication, ignition, cooling, exhaust, and auxiliary power units..

General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) CAR 147 dictates the curriculum for the program.

The curriculum, physical facilities, equipment, and instructors all meet or exceed requirements set forth by the GCAA for certification.

The programs provide both classroom and lab hours for the B1.1, B1.2 and B2 curriculum. Courses teach the basic skills necessary to provide the student with the theoretical and practical knowledge to repair airframes, engines, and aircraft systems.

The Duration of training will be two years. After 400 hour OJT the student can easily secure gainful employment in the aviation in airline or MRO companies
